Sheri Conrad
Apartment Manager
Sheri joined the White Oak family in July 2017 performing various administrative duties for multiple departments. In October 2018 she was promoted to Apartment Director for Sharon Village Apartments.
Sheri brings with her over 28 years of in-depth experience in Property Management, Construction Management, Leasing and Human Resources. Her prior employment includes Star Linear Systems, Trammell Crow Company, Childress Klein Properties and Summit Properties.
When asked to describe Sharon Village to prospective residents, Sheri characterizes the property as very unique, being centrally located in the heart of the beautiful city of Charlotte yet maintaining a peaceful, small knit community feel.
